Watch: Kim Tae Ri Turns Into A Passionate Fencer In Teaser For Upcoming Drama “Twenty Five, Twenty One” – KpopHit

tvN has released a new glimpse of Kim Tae Ri in her upcoming drama “Twenty Five, Twenty One”!

Set in 1998, “Twenty-Five Twenty-One” is about youth who find new direction and growth after having their dreams taken away. Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk star as Na Hee Do and Baek Yi Jin, who first meet when they are 18 and 22 years old and fall in love years later when they turn 21 and 25.

Na Hee Do is a fencing athlete whose high school team was disbanded due to the IMF crisis. Although her dreams appeared to have collapsed in front of her, she forges ahead into her future without giving up.

In the newly released teaser, Kim Tae Ri shows impeccable synchronization with Na Hee Do. The video begins with Na Hee Do dressed in her school uniform, and she’s also wearing her gym class pants under her skirt. She’s holding an umbrella as if it’s a fencing sword, and her expression is filled with determination. She nimbly skitters forward in a fencing posture and smacks her flustered “opponent” in multiple places.

The clip changes to Na Hee Do in an official fencing uniform. She showcases sharp steps and accurate stabbing. Na Hee Do happily yanks off her mask, and a flood of pride rises in her. The letters “KOR” on her back stands out, and her voiceover says, “I’m going to your world today,” raising curiosity about how fencing will affect her life.

“Twenty Five, Twenty One” will premiere on February 12 at 9:10 p.m. KST. Check out the new teaser here!
