Unlike her Instagram, Twitter has not memorialized Goo Hara’s account. Back on Dec. 10, the Instagram accounts of Goo Hara and the late Sulli were memorialized. This means that their Instagram accounts still show all the information and posts they left on the platform, but only those who were following the accounts before they became memorialized can get full access to all the content they shared.

Typically, families of the deceased can request to memorialize an Instagram account. Afterward, these accounts are left on the platform, but no one is given log-in access or interference.
