This is INB100.We would like to provide an update regarding the legal proceedings related to the dissemination of false information and malicious posts about Baekhyun.
First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans who have continuously reported such matters and patiently awaited updates, all in support of protecting our artist Baekhyun’s rights and interests.
To safeguard the rights of our artist Baekhyun, our company has been consistently monitoring various platforms—including SNS (X, YouTube, etc.), online communities (DC Inside, TheQoo, Nate Pann, etc.), and Daum cafes (Women’s Generation, SoulDresser, Jjukbbang Cafe, etc.)—with the help of fan reports. We have been collecting evidence of malicious posts and comments targeting Baekhyun.
Based on the collected materials, we filed a criminal complaint on the 15th with the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul, requesting an investigation on charges including defamation, insult, spreading false information, and sexual harassment.
We will continue to monitor malicious content on our own while thoroughly reviewing the materials provided by fans to collect and preserve evidence and pursue strong legal action.
Going forward, our company will continue to respond firmly—without any leniency or settlements—against all malicious actions targeting our artists and team members. We are committed to doing our utmost to protect our artist’s rights and interests.
