Banana Culture, best known as the agency that managed EXID, was rumored to be closing its doors permanently. The rumors arose after all of the EXID members decided to leave the agency, with LE being the last to leave just a few days ago.
As the rumors began to circulate, Banana Culture’s CEO personally spoke up to clarify that they are not closing up shop. Despite the rumors, Mr. Yoo clarified that they are still home to their other artists, TREI.
Reports that we are closing down our management business is not true. Our company is the same. Trei is still signed to us.
— Yoo Jae Woong
TREI is a trio idol group that debuted in February 2019. They are a dance group that focuses on pop music featuring instrumentals. TREI fans can rest assured that the boys still have a home under Banana Culture!
